Doctrinal Statement:
We believe that salvation is through faith alone in Christ alone as a gift of God and not of any works on our part.
We believe in eternal security of the believer's salvation, that is, that there is nothing a person can do to lose their salvation.
We believe that there is only one permanent ritual for the dispensation of the Church Age, which is the Eucharist or Lord's Table.
We believe that God the Holy Spirit provides a unique spiritual life for every Church Age believer through His empowerment of the believer by His filling or control of that believer's soul.
We believe that the Spirit's control of the believer's soul is lost through personal sin and that the Spirit regains control of the believer's soul, when the believer acknowledges their sin or sins to God the Father in private prayer (1 Jn 1:9).
We believe that many of the spiritual gifts of the pre-Canon period of the Church Age were temporary spiritual gifts, such as tongues, miracles, healing, and prophecy.
We believe that the Word of God is infallible and inerrant in the original languages of Scripture, and that God has provided the spiritual gift of pastor-teacher (Eph 4:11) to teach believers the thinking of Christ (1 Cor 2:16).
